Thanksgiving Turkey, Simple Whole Wheat Apple Cake

Thanksgiving usually relates to unhealthy eating. Today I am trying to keep healthy but still enjoy the thanksgiving feast.

Main dish:
Baked turkey with cranberry sauce
Desert:
Wholewheat apple cake
Wholewheat apple cake recipe
(Per serving: 70Kcal, 11 gram Carb, 3 gram Protein, 1 gram Fat)
Ingredient:
2 medium apples
70 gram whole wheat flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ground ginger
1 oz milk
2 eggs
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven 350 Fahrenheit.
2. Mix everything except the apples together, to form a batter with consistent texture.
3. Cut the apple into thin slices, coat with apple slices with the batter, and spread evenly on a 6'in baking pan.
4. Pour the rest of the batter into the baking pan.
(I put some blueberries on top for decoration)
5. Bake for 45~50 minute
6. Refrigerate for 1 hour
